Every time sync ipod get 13010 error what wrong? - FixYa

Every time sync ipod get 13010 error what wrong? - FixYa

Try running a disk check on the iPod using the tools provided by Windows.
1. Plug in your iPod and close iTunes.
2. Go to "My Computer". Click on the iPod drive once. Go to File, and then click Properties.
3. Go to the Tools tab. Under "Error Checking", click Check Now.
4. Check both boxes. One says "Automatically fix file system errors" and the other says "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors". Place a check mark next to each of these options and hit Start.

The scan may take several minutes or more to complete, but once it has, go ahead and restart iTunes, and try re-syncing files to your iPod.

Others have had luck with the solution provided in this Apple support document. It does say error 50 but may apply to your situation as well. It's worth a shot.

iTunes displays -50 error message when syncing iPod on Windows XP

Resolution
Solution 1
This symptom may be caused by an issue with the digital signing of Windows XP drivers. Following the steps below to reregister several .dll files mentioned below may resolve this issue. Before proceeding however, try to restore the iPod using the latest version of iTunes.. If you are unable to restore it or the symptom reappears, then follow the steps below:

Disconnect the iPod from the computer and close iTunes.
Highlight all of the following 10 lines of text that begin with regsvr32 and then choose Copy from the Edit menu of your web browser:
regsvr32 /s softpub.dll
regsvr32 /s wintrust.dll
regsvr32 /s dssenh.dll
regsvr32 /s rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 /s gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 /s sccbase.dll
regsvr32 /s slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 /s mssip32.dll
regsvr32 /s cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 /s initpki.dll

Open the Notepad program by navigating to:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad
In Notepad, choose Paste from the Edit menu. Note: make sure that the text that appears in Notepad is the same as what is shown above.
From the File menu, choose Save As.
In the File name: field type appleipod.bat and save the file to the Desktop.
Close Notepad and locate the appleipod.bat file. It should appear on the Desktop with the icon shown below:

Double-click the file and you will see a black window appear on the screen for about a minute. Wait until the window automatically disappears and proceed to the next step.
The appleipod.bat file can be deleted at this time.
Open iTunes and connect the iPod.
When the iPod appears in iTunes, restore the iPod and resync your content.

N.B. Vj/I brought this product from COSTCO in May, 2010 and explored a bit, the reviews over the net sounds like this product still has room for improvements hence planning/planed to return. I had tough time to connect this product to any of my machines 2 are running XP and 1 is running Win 7 and the other one is running Win 2003, I wasn't able to make this product detect on any of the machines to copy the content...after a shot battle going through the manual discovered that can copy the content to SD card and did that.

Computers have higher resolutions than most televisions. As of July 2002[update], 1024×768 eXtended Graphics Array was the most common display resolution.[1][2] Many web sites and multimedia products were re-designed from the previous 800×600 format to the higher 1024×768-optimized layout
The availability of inexpensive LCD monitors has made the 5:4 aspect ratio resolution of 1280×1024 more popular for desktop usage. Many computer users including CAD users, graphic artists and video game players run their computers at 1600×1200 resolution (UXGA, Ultra-eXtended) or higher if they have the necessary equipment. Other recently available resolutions include oversize aspects like 1400×1050 SXGA+ and wide aspects like 1280×720 WXGA, 1600×768 UWXGA, 1680×1050 WSXGA+, and 1920×1200 WUXGA. A new HD resolution of 2560×1600 WQXGA has been released mainly in 30" LCD monitors. Special monitors for medical diagnostic work are using 3280×2048 WQSXGA, which is the current maximum resolution available in a single monitor. The most common computer display resolutions are as follows:[3]
